Stands have been located to maximise views while allowing privacy, and to create a feeling of remoteness
The stands on the Estate are reached from a ring road, each with a winding driveway that reduces visibility of the houses. Stands are not fenced or enclosed, adding to the feeling of wilderness around the houses and on the Estate.
Houses at Eagle Rock Estate are built in the Santa Fe or adobe style. Each is individually designed and has its own unique character, while still complying with the building regulations. This allows a sense of style and order to be maintained throughout the Estate.
